Certain Maisons have mastered the art of turning emotion into matter. At Guerlain, love is distilled into perfume. At Cartier, it is engraved in gold. At Lalique, it crystallizes into light. At Bernardaud, it is celebrated in fine porcelain. All these creations tell the same story — the beauty of a bond that endures. Over time, they become witnesses to a shared life, a vow, a legacy. To give as a couple is to celebrate the journey traveled together.

L’Étreinte was born from a simple gesture: two hands meeting. Two real imprints, those of a couple, forever united in bronze. Michel Audiard saw in it the purest human emotion: connection, support, and presence. Sculpted in the EPV Forest Audiard foundry in Rochecorbon, Touraine, using the lost-wax technique, each Étreinte requires 10 to 12 weeks of creation — the time needed to translate an emotion into eternal matter. “Gesture unites more surely than words.” — Sébastien Forest.

Because it celebrates what endures. Offering L’Étreinte for a 50th wedding anniversary is more than giving an artwork — it is offering a fragment of life, a tangible presence. Two intertwined hands, frozen in bronze, to express the strength of love, the fidelity of time, and the beauty of sharing. It becomes an artwork of memory and emotion, a silent witness to a shared path — and a promise for generations to come.

Because it connects as much as it transmits. Once in the hands of those who love it, L’Étreinte becomes a living symbol — of a shared life, a transmitted love, a preserved gesture. Presented in an oak case, accompanied by the Book of Creation retracing its story — from the first mold to the final patina. Offering L’Étreinte is to make time a witness, and matter a living memory.

We love to begin with a conversation. Contact us by phone (+33 2 44 84 40 40), via WhatsApp (+33 7 68 21 54 37), or write to us on our website. A member of the Maison will reach out to understand the occasion, the person, and the intention. From there, we design a simple and refined path: choice of the artwork (Ouvre-Vin, Étreinte, Sculpted Pen…), schedule, and imprint logistics. If you wish, we can organize a meeting at our foundry in Touraine, or come to you anywhere in France and in most neighboring countries. For international collectors, we also have remote solutions.
Yes. Life sometimes takes us by surprise — this is why we’ve designed elegant boxes and cards announcing the artwork to come. You give twice: first the immediate emotion of a refined present, then the joy of a later imprint appointment. The wait is no longer a delay — it’s a growing promise. We can personalize the correspondence or prioritize the imprint session according to your context. Offering Forest Audiard at the last minute means turning urgency into a double emotion.
Each creation requires 10 to 12 weeks from imprint validation. This time is not waiting — it is maturation. Bronze demands a patient choreography: molding, casting, chiseling, polishing, patina, and final inspection. Each stage has its rhythm, its silence, its precision. We inform you of each milestone (imprint received, casting scheduled, finishing complete) so that you can follow the birth of your artwork.
Because our artworks are not made to remain still. An Ouvre-Vin that opens a bottle, an Étreinte that watches over a living room, a Sculpted Pen that traces what matters — our creations are companions of moments. They exist through use, gather memories, and learn the light of their surroundings. Each is a poetic gesture revived again and again.
Many gifts are beautiful; few are intimate. The difference lies in one word: the imprint. Each artwork is not just chosen, it is shaped for someone, from a unique trace. It is not a sign of status but a sign of connection. It celebrates passion, union, and gesture. Where others offer icons, Forest Audiard offers a fragment of oneself — cast in bronze, ready to be lived and passed on.
