L’Étreinte is not an object — it is an encounter. Two hands meet, hold, confide in each other. In that fragile hollow where skin meets skin, Michel Audiard saw the form of a universal emotion. Each Étreinte is crafted from the real imprints of two people — a couple, a parent and child, two beings bound by life. Sculpted in bronze in our art foundry in Touraine, certified EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant), it requires 10 to 12 weeks of creation, following the ancestral ritual of lost-wax casting. Each gesture, each relief, each shade of patina is unique, for no two hands are alike.

Allow ten to twelve weeks from validation of the imprint. This time is not a delay but a maturation. Bronze demands patience — moulding, casting, chiselling, polishing, patina, and final checks. Each step has its rhythm, its silence, its precision.
