Through the Wine Opener, Forest Audiard chose to celebrate that suspended moment — the moment before sharing, before transmission, before joy. Sculpted in bronze in our EPV-certified art foundry in Touraine, each piece is shaped using the ancestral lost-wax technique, then chiseled and polished by hand. It takes 10 to 12 weeks to bring each one to life, at the rhythm of fire and metal. A fair amount of time — like that of a great wine coming into its own.
